In my practice, I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), including Cognitive Restructuring and Behavioral Experiments which is the gold standard for OCD treatment. I work collaboratively with clients to understand their unique struggles and guide them through a structured process of confronting fears and learning new coping strategies. My aim is to provide a safe and supportive environment where you can work towards lasting recovery.
